Plaintiff trial teams

Know what your case is worth in this venue.

Put your case in front of jurors from the county where it will be tried, before you file, settle or try it. See liability claim by claim, damages line by line, and how often juries from that county side with your client.

Before you file or take the case

Test it while it’s cheap to walk away.

  • A focus group in about 5 to 10 minutes: what jurors from your county think of your client, the defendant and the injury.
  • Which facts move them, which ones they ignore, and the questions your case doesn’t answer yet.
  • Upload the medical records, police report or incident report. The jurors read every page you approve.
Before you settle or try it

Know where the jury lands.

  • Twelve jurors deliberate to a verdict on every claim, and all 100 in the county pool vote: 10,000 juries from your venue.
  • Damages line by line: economic, pain and suffering, comparative fault and punitive, with a settlement range against the demand and the policy limit.
  • The jurors who hold out against you, by name, and what would change their minds.
  • Rerun with one fact changed, or a different opening, and see whether the room moves (each run at the regular price, or included in Unlimited).
A Cook County birth-injury trial on Jurors.com: the first vote across 10,000 Cook County juries, and the jury that deliberated

A real case, run blind.

A 2026 Cook County birth-injury trial, names changed: a delayed C-section, and a doctor the hospital let deliver babies before he was board-certified.

We gave it to our 100 Cook County jurors without telling them how it ended. Each of them voted once, and in 97% of the 10,000 juries we seated from those votes, the family led the first vote.

Twelve of them deliberated for three rounds and voted 12 to 0 that the hospital was liable for letting a doctor who wasn’t board-certified practice, but not for the delay. The real jury found the hospital responsible too.

In their own words.

Every juror explains their vote. These are three of the Cook County jurors on that case.

Leans to the family
“The hospital letting him practice when he hadn’t passed his boards is just sloppy. A baby deserves better, and the family deserves some help with what comes next.”Juror, 50, shipping clerk
Leans to the family
“The monitor strips are the sticking point. Those decelerations and the meconium, that’s a clear signal something was going wrong, and the doctor leaving doesn’t sit right.”Juror, 46, video producer
Leans to the family, not sold
“The defense raised a good point about the injury potentially happening before labor; that’s hard to argue with if you can’t prove when it started.”Pool juror, 78, retired

Anonymize it before it ever leaves your computer.

  • Switch on “Anonymize before sending” and your documents are read on your own machine. Names, case numbers, phone numbers and addresses become labels like “the Plaintiff” before anything is sent.
  • Your case never goes to an outside AI company or service. Medical records and depositions are read on our own servers, every juror runs there too, and every answer is signed.
