Defense firms, insurers and claims

Price the exposure before mediation.

Put the claim in front of jurors from the county where it will be tried. See whether they find liability, on which claims, what they would award, and where a settlement makes sense against the demand and the policy limit.

For defense firms

Find the facts that hurt you before the jury does.

  • Which claims stick and which fall away, claim by claim, with the jurors’ own reasons.
  • The facts that move jurors toward the plaintiff, and the defense themes that pull them back.
  • The jurors who would hold out for the plaintiff, and the profile to strike.
  • Rerun with a different theme or one fact changed, and watch the room (each run at the regular price, or included in Unlimited).
For insurers and claims

Set reserves on what a jury would do.

  • A settlement range against the demand and the policy limit, with the chance of a defense verdict.
  • Run the same claim in another county’s pool and compare the venue risk.
  • Every juror answer carries a signed receipt you can put in the claim file.
  • Anonymize claims before they leave your computer, or run Jurors.com on your own servers.

Where the exposure sits.

A sample case on Jurors.com: a truck rear-ends a car in a work zone. The plaintiff sues the driver and the trucking company, demanding $1.2 million against a $1 million policy.

Twelve Cook County jurors cleared the driver and found the company liable for negligent supervision, 12 to 0. The settlement analysis points to about $772,000, inside the policy limit.

The report names what moved jurors against the company (the missing logbook hours) and what held them back (the plaintiff’s failure to signal).

The doubt is the defense.

From a real 2026 Cook County birth-injury trial we ran blind: the jurors voted 12 to 0 that the hospital was liable for letting a doctor who wasn’t board-certified practice, but not for the delay. That split tells a defense team where the exposure really is.

What it tells you

Causation is your strongest ground.

On the delayed-delivery claim, all 12 deliberating jurors found the hospital not liable. The credentialing claim is where the money is. Now you know which one to settle.

Venue

Same claim, different county.

Run the identical case in another county’s pool and compare. Every county is built from its own Census figures.

Built for claim files

Private by design, provable on paper.

  • Anonymize before sending: names, claim and policy numbers, phone numbers and addresses become labels on your own computer. The key back to the real names stays in your browser and is never sent to us; you can download a copy.
  • Your claims never go to an outside AI company. Every juror runs on our own servers, or on yours, fully offline.
  • Signed receipts name which juror model answered, what it was told and asked. Replay any answer and prove it matches.
  • Enterprise: jurors fine-tuned on your own verdicts and closed claims, measured against what really happened.
